3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Death & Co / Gin & Luck, Inc.: As the Event host, they receive attendee information necessary for Event operations, hospitality, and programming.
• Stripe: For payment processing.
• The Third Place, Inc. (TTP): If you purchase a membership bundle, your information is shared with TTP to activate and manage your Death & Co membership.
• Venue Partners: The Four Seasons Hotel Chicago and other venue partners receive attendee names and relevant details (such as dietary restrictions) as needed to deliver Event services.
• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist us with email delivery, analytics, and Site hosting, subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Everyday, Death & Co, our users, or others.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The Site may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activity. These technologies help us:
